Michelle Dybas is our office manager who has been with us for over 10 years. She will be glad to assist you with any billing questions or preauthorization requests.
Rose Hernandez coordinates the "front office" and assists in scheduling surgery.
Courtney Leshner is our primary receptionist, who will greet you at check-in.
Cyndi Mosqueda is our medical assistant and will bring you to the exam room.
